At first, it is better to run than to stand or walk. You may have to try it several times. It takes some skill but it’s easy to learn. Even young children can enjoy it. Once successful, you will discover that complications are minimal. Birds rarely get too close. Rain, however, soaks in very fast. Too many people doing the same thing can also cause problems. One needs lots of room. If there are no complications, it can be very peaceful. A rock will serve an anchor. If things break loose from it, you will not get a second chance.’

Nyelvhely. és Szókincs A kommunikációs szándéknak megfelelően változatos nyelvtani szerkezeteket, szókincset használtál-e? Vannak-e a megértést, értelmezést zavaró hibák a szövegben? Stílus A szöveg külalakja, stílusa megfelel a szövegtípusnak, az írói szándéknak, az elképzelt olvasónak? Megtaláltad-e a formalitás megfelelő szintjét?

Hatásos esszék fő jellemzői What makes an essay an essay Hatásos esszék fő jellemzői Fontos Nem fontos Attól függ Jól követhető, logikus szerkezettel bír.   Éppen 5 bekezdésből áll. Minden bekezdés egyetlen fő témával, fő érvvel foglalkozik. Minden bekezdésben található egy kulcsmondat (topic sentence), és az azt támogató további érvek. Minden bekezdésben egyaránt vannak pro és kontra érvek. A nyitó és záró bekezdések bombasztikusan figyelemfelkeltők. A szerző álláspontja az első bekezdésből kiderül. A záró bekezdés megerősíti a szerző álláspontját az érvek szó szerinti ismétlése nélkül. A záró bekezdésben nem kerül elő olyan új érv, ami a szövegben korábban nem került kifejtésre. Több utalás történik vissza vagy előre a szöveg belső összefüggésének megteremtésére. A szöveg stílusa formális, semleges: pl. nincsenek összevont alakok (shouldn’t), informális kifejezések (stuff), kerülendő az ‘I’ személyes névmás használata.           

Is it possible to live without cash? An effective essay? Is it possible to live without cash? You could hardly ask a more absurd question today, yet this doesn’t stop some people from trying to achieve it. If the idea’s worked for some, we could also be successful, although it certainly wouldn’t be easy. One major obstacle to overcome would be our habit of paying for things, which is a basic part of our everyday lives. No matter how difficult this could be, determination and time could make it possible. The next huge step would be to have your new ‘non-cash’ habits accepted by people around you and the local community. Naturally, this process would require a willingness to compromise and cooperate from all parties. Admittedly, the logistics of doing, growing, making, building and exchanging things would be time-consuming. However, all this is eco- friendly while involving exercise and outdoor activities. In short, living without cash needs quite a healthy lifestyle. All in all, although it’s too early for me to embark on this journey now, the benefits are strong enough to make people consider giving it a try one day. Indeed, that day may be closer than you, or I, might think.
