4/4/2017 1:48 AM OVSL előnyök - adminisztráció Egyszerűsített licencnyilvántartás Az egységesített számítógépek a PC darabszámra egyszerűsítik a licenc nyilvántartást A licencbe vett szoftverek bármely (korábbi és legfrissebb) verziója futtatható Egy szerződés az összes licencre, amely alá további termékek bevonhatóak (alkalmazások, szerver termékek és fejlesztői eszközök) Rugalmasság a szerződéssel lefedett PC-k számában (növekedés és csökkenés tekintetében is) Rugalmasság a szerződéssel lefedett PC-k számában: míg a hasonló előfizetéses licencprogramokban kötelező bevonni a teljes PC parkot a szerződés hatálya alá, az Önkormányzati licencprogramban csak javasolt. Ezen felül az évente lejelentett PC darabszám mind felfelé, mind lefelé változhat, így további PC-ket vonhatnak be a programba, vagy PC darabszám-csökkenés esetén (pl. az Önkormányzat átstrukturálásánál) vonhatnak ki abból. Transforming Information into Impact: Through a system of familiar and easy-to-use programs, servers and services you can connect people and organizations to information, business processes and each other – ensuring they derive the most value out of information. Microsoft designed the IW Infrastructure so that can be used independently, as a systems of products, or in conjunction with other products. Have server-based stored data so that customers could have real-time data that could be accessed anytime, anywhere. In creating the IW Infrastructure we wanted our customer to be able to take advantage of their existing infrastructure investments in Office and Windows. As such, our products were created as a solution that would leverage employees’ comfort with their Office desktop tools and not require them to migrate the wealth of unstructured data and intellectual property already stored in their documents. Developers and users alike want to learn things once and work together naturally. As such are products our products are designed to work as a family of products. From a development and IT perspective this means a: Unified development framework that enables software projects to establish common process for design, information sharing, process management, debugging, and version control. Easy IT deployment, administration, and lower TCO through integrated systems management ( security, version control, disaster recovery, configuration) available down the stack. By sharing underlying code and reduce overlap (such as basic component support with technologies like SharePoint, MOM.dll, presentation services, .net, and more) so that applications can share code components of the server stack and behave consistently across products. For our Office system this means things like having a common technology for things like information assembly, filtering, synchronization, provisioning, and retrieval (search, portal), and expertise location and management. Planning for optimal performance across the MSFT system so that capacity can be intelligently spread across IW servers and that monitoring could happen across the whole MSFT system. 4) Communication within the family of products so that products “light-up” once they know that the customer has other MSFT Products installed. Tight integration of structured and unstructured data available down the stack. 5) While our products are designed in a integrated and unified fashion, we realize that customers may have very specialized solutions that are designed by other parties.
